We provide custom web development, dashboards, marketing support, and related technical services as described on the site and agreed in writing for your project. Scope, timeline, and fees are defined per project—not by browsing this site alone.
Quotes and engagements
Information on this site (including marketing service descriptions and sample UI) is illustrative unless we confirm scope and pricing in a proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and project information
- Supply content, access, and approvals needed to deliver work on schedule
- Ensure you have rights to materials you ask us to use or publish
- Maintain credentials and third-party accounts you control after handoff
Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, you retain ownership of your content and business materials. Upon full payment for custom work product agreed in scope, rights to deliverables transfer as specified in that agreement. Our methods, templates, and pre-existing tools remain our property.
Disclaimer
The site and general information on it are provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Marketing and performance outcomes depend on many factors outside our control unless explicitly guaranteed in a signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joseph Ferrieri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. For any claim related to a paid engagement, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three (3) months before the claim, unless a signed agreement sets a different cap.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Signed client agreements control over these general Terms when they conflict.
